Refund/Credit Policy

The Town of Pinetop-Lakeside reserves the right to cancel classes or activities due to insufficient registrants, circumstances beyond our control, or when deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.  If classes or activities are canceled, a full refund or credit will be issued.  Refunds or credits will not be issued for a class or activity that is already in progress. 

Park/facility rental fees will only be refunded if cancelled 30 days prior to reservation date.  Refunds will not be issued for circumstances beyond our control (i.e., weather, vacations, etc.).
