Education

Sterling Beus graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Northern Arizona University in 1984.  He graduated from the Department of Defense Polygraph Institute in 2000.

Work / Achievements

Retired from the Federal Bureau of Investigation after 25 years as a Special Agent, Polygraph Examiner, International Law Enforcement Instructor, and Supervisory Special Agent.

Family

Sterling and his wife, Ronda, have three children and six grandchildren.

Community Involvement 

Over the years Sterling has been involved in many groups and organizations as a volunteer to include:  Blue Ridge Vision 2020 Committee, North American Soccer Association, Boy Scouts of America, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Hobbies

Sterling enjoys:  Horseback riding, hiking, backpacking, camping, kayaking, boating, hunting, fishing with grandchildren, traveling and spending time with family.
