MOONRIDGE ESTATES ANNEXATION AND ZONE CHANGE (Z-87)
Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the general public that the Pinetop-Lakeside Town Council will hold a Public Hearing beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 2, 2023, in the Town Council Chambers, 325 W. White Mountain Blvd, Lakeside, Arizona, to consider the following:
A request for annexation of Moonridge Estates from Navajo County, Arizona, to the Town of Pinetop-Lakeside, Arizona. Pursuant to A.R.S. 9-471, the requirements of annexation have been met and the Town Council will hold a Public Hearing regarding Annexation Ordinance No. 23-466. The applicant is the Property Owners Association of Moonridge Estates.
And
A Zone Change request (Z-87) from Navajo County Zoning District R1-10 to Pinetop-Lakeside Zoning District R1-4 on that portion of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 24, Township 9 North, Range 22 East of the Gila and Salt River Meridian, Navajo County, Arizona, totaling 15.4 acres as shown on Navaho County Book 212 Map 66. The applicant is the Town of Pinetop-Lakeside.
