Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the general public that the Pinetop-Lakeside Board of Adjustment will hold a Public Hearing beginning immediately after the Town Council Regular Meeting which starts at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 2, 2023, in the Town Council Chambers, located at 325 W. White Mountain Blvd, Lakeside, AZ to consider a request:
The applicant is appealing the Planning and Zoning Commission’s decision to deny Conditional Use Permit 133. CUP 133 was an application to install a 180’ monopine Cell Tower at 2666 E. White Mountain Blvd, Pinetop, AZ 85935 (APN 411-43-008A). The current zoning is C-1, Light Commercial Zoning District
