Pursuant to ARS Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the general public that the Pinetop-Lakeside Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 26, 2024, in the Town Council Chambers, 325 W. White Mountain Blvd., Lakeside, Arizona to consider:
A major amendment to the Town of Pinetop-Lakeside 2015
General Plan Land Use Element.
The area under consideration is the portion of Sections 2 and 3, Township 9 North, Range 22 East of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, containing approximately ±70.16 acres immediately adjacent to and north of the current town boundary, on the east side of Penrod Road.
A zoning amendment to the Town of Pinetop-Lakeside zoning map.
The consideration is to zone the aforementioned property to R-low Rural Zoning District and C-2 Heavy Commercial Zoning District.
