NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the general public that the Pinetop-Lakeside Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 24, 2025, in the Town Council Chambers, 325 W. White Mountain Blvd., Lakeside, Arizona to consider the following:
Discussion and consideration regarding amending Town Code Chapter 17.114 Recreational Marijuana.
AND
Discussion and consideration regarding creating Town Code Chapter 17.100.45 Land Maintenance.
