What Does The Board of Adjustment Do?

The Board of Adjustment hears and decides requests for variances from the terms of the Town’s zoning regulations.  At the present, the Town Council acts as the Board of Adjustment, but Arizona law also allows them to appoint a separate Board if they choose to do so.  For more information, please see section 17.120 of the Town Code.
