Municipal Property Corporation

About the MPC

The Municipal Property Corporation assists the Town in financing, acquiring, constructing and equipping certain real and personal property.  It then leases, with an option to purchase, such property and the improvements thereon back to the town.

Meetings

They meet once per year in November, or they may hold special meetings at other times if needed.
